    Hi, Rita, It is a good idea to wash towels before embroidery. Since towels are made of cotton, they can shrink; some substantially. We do not believe the use of fabric softener will in any way effect the embroidery. A low tack iron on tear-away stabilizer will work for any thickness of towel. And a water...

  • Perfect Placement Towel Kit

    I ordered some hand towels to use with this new software, and I have a question (or 10!). The towels come "compressed" for shipping, and instructions say they should be washed and dried to "fluff" them. Question is whether to wash and dry them before doing the machine embroidery?...
