not able to see designs nor where to agree to agreement

I can not sign in, see free designs tried all the trouble shooting ideas. just started yesterday. can someone help? thanks lori

Why am I not able to log in to the new site?

I was able to log into the old annthegran.com site but I am not able to login after you switched to the new site.
