Hello, Please go to add/remove programs and remove the software. Restart your computer and reinstall the software. You can download the trial version from our website if you no longer have the install file. Thank you AnntheGran support

Digitize N stitch will allow you to use "Save As" option to save designs in many common embroidery file format Including HUS .Please try the Trial version as well to find out if this software is compatible with your system.

Digitize N' Stitch

On the Digitize N' Stich, do you know if it converts pictures into any format you need? I have a Husqvarna machine and am interested in buying this product, but am not sure of the format options. Thanks!! Kalynn
