We would definitely encourage you to post free designs to our forums, making sure that you name the forum post appropriately and tag the posts so that other users can easily find them.     Contributors are listed in the Free Designs section, though not in all cases in the actual zip file (some designs have this, some don't). As the design files were contributed by our generous users, and we did not create them, we don't really have much say as to the contents of the actual zip...
