I tried to do that,restart and try again.The card shows up but will only let me refresh...nothing else. I cannot read,write format ..nothing but refresh. Everything is greyed out except refresh. Thanks

Well Looks like we all have a common problem with it. I bet support isn't working until Tuesday because of the holiday weekend. I guess I will use my Janome software to load the card until we can find out why we are having this problem. Bummmer ! I know it was working on mine when I first installed...

Ok, can someone who has Catalog Express tell me if your card read, write function is working? I just tried Catalog Xpress and cannot believe how well it gets me organized! I have no idea how many designs I own. It could be 500 or 5,000 or somewhere in between. I am cataloging them and finding ways to know what I am dealing with. What a great program. Thanks to whomever created this software....
