Size matters if you have a design that’s 5 inches wide and your largest hoop is 4 inches wide. Size matters if you want to make a border along the edge of a tablecloth. Size matters if you want to combine two or three designs, each the size of your largest hoop, into one big design. First the cardinal...

  • Re: Catalog Express

Hello Coleen, If you deleted the designs then check the recyle bin, you may be able to restore the files from there. As long as the files are moved back to the original folder location then they will no longer appear as not found. Thank you AnntheGran support

  • Re: Alphabet Xpress

Some good news for you on this. Alphabet Xpress is compatible with any Windows Vista version prior to the 64-bit edition. The good news is that we now have the 64-bit version ready to go and will be uploading it within the next day or two. In other words, you will be able to use Alphabet Xpress and Catalog...
  • Re: Catalog Express

Hello Coleen, When you insert a design into Catalog Xpress, the software points to the location you insert the design from. For example, if you insert a design from c:\my documents, the software points to c:\my documents. If you delete or move the design file from (c:\my documents or where ever you inserted...

  • The Avid Embroiderer Presents: Things I Wish I Knew When I Began Machine Embroiderery, June 20, 2008

I have been embroidering for just over 7 years. I was generally self-taught and I started without a clue about machine embroidery (ME) at all. Over that period of time, I have been learning by trial and error (make that trial and frustration). During the past year, I have been fortunate to meet a good...

A while ago I nudged y'all a little about forming local "Community Circles" so you could get together once in a while to have lunch, chat, make projects and generally help each other out. Believe me, it was NOT my doing, but the "How many live in Central Florida?" thread has grown...
