Catalog Xpress is not set up to do that type of copying. However, You can select your word(s) or sentence, hold Cntl and Press C to make a copy. then go to the next design and hold Cntl and Press V to paste it. That is for a PC, I don't have MAC information. Pat, The Avid Embroiderer

If you chose to preserve, that means that something that is 10 by 10 and reduced by 20% it will become 8 by 8 (give or take a little). If you don't chose to preserve, the same item will become 8 by 10. Only doing a discovery sew will tell you if that particular design will be ok with the parameters...

First of all, Catalog Xpress is an "organizational and editing" software. It does not "hold/file/retain" any designs . It only keeps track of them, resizes them, changes the colors among other things that it will do. Do not delete any designs unless you want to get rid of them. Check...
