    Hello Bill, In catalog Xpress go to 'tools' and 'database' and 'backup'. Browse to the folder C:\Program Files\AnnTheGran\Catalog XPress 2.0. Copy the file EDB2.MDB to your external drive. This file contains a backup of your catalog. You will also need to backup your design files...
