Interesting question. I don't know of any way to do this because these designs are 'programmed' for specific formats for machines. One thing that might work would be to do a 'right click' (the mouse) on the design photo. Select "save picture as" and proceed to your format...

I save the design. Then I have have tried changing the name on the file. I click open & a box comes up open/save/cancel. What type of file should I save it as. I do not have an embrodiery machine but would like to use the pattern to embroder by hand. Please help.

Your new site looks very professional and seems to offer many services. However, I'm having trouble viewing the designs. The only view that comes up is a very tiny square inch or so, which does not allow for a very detailed view in order to make a decision to purchase.
