Hello Nana in OK! Do not wish to impart my bad habits to anyone, BUT, when the jump stitches interfere with the design, I do cut them. If they blend nicely, I leave them alone. My machine back tacks so I really don't get too concerned with it. Much love with the new grandchild. Joan

Hello Debbie, I was truly dissatisfied with my Magna-Hoop. Not sure if I received an incorrect size or not for my machine, but the hoop never "nestled" inside my embroidery hoop as described in the video and in any photos. Will be selling on Ebay later on this month. Very disappointed. Joan

Hello Tracy, I looked on the ATG site - thought they did carry the Blank Teddy Bears, but I could not locate. The Teddy Bear is "blank" where you embroider whatever you choose on its' tummy. Then it gets stuffed and stitched up. I know that www.dzgns.com carries this Teddy Bear for sure. There are other sites that carry this item as well

Hello. 1. The only fonts that can be added ("loaded into") to the Alphabet Xpress are the Ann the Gran fonts. 2. If you are currently utilizing the trial version, I don't believe you can add any fonts during the trial. You might want to check with Customer Service on that. It is a nifty software program. Hello FromZStore, Oh, fleece scarves are fun to make and go so quickly. I personnally do not hoop the fleece in fear of leaving any hoop marks. Water Soluble stabilizer is placed in the hoop. I am sold on BadgeMaster (which is sold here on ATG) and use BadgeMaster for 99% of my water soluble projects. If you feel uncomfortable about hoopless embroidery

If I have this correct, then your machine must have an Edit Embroidery button in order to achieve this. However, if you own the ATG Alphabet Xpress, this can be achieved
