I have been finding that some of the pages will refresh as soon as I "X" the extract box and I can continue with downloads. Then there are other pages where you "X" out the download page, then have to click on "back" and wait for the page to reappear. It is like using dial up internet when I am paying for high speed satellite

We own a IBM compatible computer with Windows XP loaded and recently made some changes with a new harddrive, satellite internet, and were having a problem unzipping the designs.
