I agree with all thats been said on the C.Xp. I have had it for two years, I have now downloaded it to my windows vista. I seem to have got a update on it, So far I haven't got to grips with it, not even sure if I have down loaded it propertyThe support I have been given has been super from the team, I'm sure they must be pulling thier hair

I'm getting the refresh reading on my catalog xp as well thought it was because I had to down load another copy of it to my new computer. I don't seem to be up and running it like my old one. all help welcome

I agree, would be good think they had that on the old site

I have janome350e so it is jef files I use

I also have window vista, I use winzip to unzip them I have had no problem with any files so far.
