most likely the design that you downloaded is bigger than a 4x4 design area..when you write a larger design to a card and put the card in your machine it will read "no sewing data " or some other error message..just re-size your design to fit the 4x4 ...if possible..some designs are too large to re-size..hope this helps...Diane
