I am recently retired (a military wife and disability advocate) and enjoying every minute I get to spend at my sewing machine. My dream for the past 15 years was to retire and sew heirloom baby dresses. I haven't yet done that, but am working on a stack of UFO's. I have two grown sons (one with Down Syndrome) and a precious daughter-in-law. We are expecting our first grandchild in September. My sewing passion includes embroidery, heirloom, quilts and playing with my fabric stash. I collect heirloom baby dresses, patterns and photos of babies in beautiful dresses. It's great to be graying and have the time to do what ever I love.
