I get this message everytime I try to open a free design downloaded as a zip file. The saved zip file is there with 51 kb but I cannot open it. When I try to open the zip file without saving it first I get the same error message. This did not happen in the past but it is preventing me from using designs...

When my files download to my computer, they come up in a window that asks if I want to open them now- it doesn't call it unzip, and I can't think off-hand what they call it, but once I said yes, and it did unzip the file. It seems like you may be doing something wrong in unzipping the file. You can right click on the file and choose "Open Link" then save it to your desktop.Now depending to which utility you use ,there is different steps to unzip the file.Please review the method from Help menu.

I am getting the message "garbage at the end of the zip" and the designs won't unzip. Is this a bug?
