Hi, You have to extract the zipped files on your computer. Format USB on machine. I don't know what emb software you have. But I use embird and I bring extracted files up in embird editor then when I put USB in to save file, I save it to whatever drive the USB is in, in jeff format, then an emb-embf...

Embird editor will resize and change the stitches according to the size. You can also change the density if you need to. bsue

Let me add to Pattiann's information, make sure that you transfer only the designs, not the folders that they are in. The computer on the machine cannot read folders. The machine computer is just for designs, it is not a 'real' computer like the one you use for the Internet. Pat, The Avid...
