And last but not least, it could be the digitizing software you are using. Some of the softwares are not as true to form as others. Is your problem only on one design...

I may be wrong but I have never seen this discussed in any of the blogs or forums. Most embroidery machines have folders that you can store designs on. Be it from the computer, disk or card if your machine has one please get in the habit of using them. When moving or resizing a design I always save it...

Daphne - I so understand! Once frustration reaches a certain level, it is better to set some projects aside. Don't forget to clamp the excess fabric with the 'binder clips' or 'straight pins' or other device to keep it out of harms way. Having to dislocate that fabric is a real difficult...
