Hi Cathy! I hear a lot of frustration in your post. I do understand, I felt the same way 10 years ago when I began. Right now I am trying to do a towel that has me tearing out my brown hair by its gray roots. Learning and growing is forever and I personally would not have it any other way. The learning...

Catalog Xpress is not set up to do that type of copying. However, You can select your word(s) or sentence, hold Cntl and Press C to make a copy. then go to the next design and hold Cntl and Press V to paste it. That is for a PC, I don't have MAC information. Pat, The Avid Embroiderer

I suspect that you 'moved' your designs to Catalog Xpress and then deleted or moved your designs from your computer. Catalog Xpress does not "Hold" designs, it holds the information about the designs. Catalog Xpress is a "data base" not a "file folder." You must...

First of all, Catalog Xpress is an "organizational and editing" software. It does not "hold/file/retain" any designs . It only keeps track of them, resizes them, changes the colors among other things that it will do. Do not delete any designs unless you want to get rid of them. Check...
