Hi All, I've purchased a design from a website in .pes and .pec format. The design is just an outline, and I need to edit it with fill stitches. Problem is I can't do this in Layout & Editing and can't open the file in Design Center as it's an 'unexpected file format'. Have...

At the recent Brother Dealer convention, the exciting new PE780D was introduced and our dealers loved the fact this handly embroidery-only machine now has a USB and Disney designs. It is hard to see in this photo but the 780D also has attractive Disney screen printed border across the top of the machine...

I would like to know where I might do that. I know I cannot do that here, but I cannot think of another place to sell it. Ebay is a lot of work to set up and Craigs List does not really have a craft category at all. I just want a fair price, it is a used Brother. It is 3 years old. I have a newer machine...

Let's talk about those bobbins: I had the same problem and knew that people were pleased and actually raving about those bobbins. I discovered that the Type L and Type A (aka 15A) looked a LOT alike but were actually different...

As Kraftycat says, this is one well loved and addicting craft. There are lots of us hooked and loving every minute of it! Being at this for 6 months makes you a knowledgeable person, especially if you are reading a lot. The AnnTheGran site is one of the most helpful and caring sites and you will find...

I love my PE700, too! It does everything I need and want it to do. As a beginner, I don't need the kind you see in the malls and stuff. This machine does it all! And, most of the embroidery websites I visit have .pes downloads as the main or only option, which is very convenient! I SO love the freedom...
