Gee, after all that, I did not put a picture of any thing of mine in my posting! Well, here it is!!! This is one of my hankies that I sell. The font is Carnation from Alphabet Xpress. I did the embellishment in a soft gold (not metallic) but it is a big hit with brides!!! Alphabet Xpress is the easiest...

  • Re: AlphabetXpress

I would say that 99% it will work with your Bernina - there is always that chance that AlphaX has some incompatibility issue that is unknown. AlphaX utilizes its own fonts, there are 5 in the set when you use it. Additional fonts are available as well. Try the 30 day trial and see how easy it is to work...
  • Re: Alphabet Xpress

I so agree, AlphabetXpress is among the finest of softwares of its type. I have no idea where you could find a method to reduce the underlay. Some machines have an icon with a satin and elongated stitch and open scissors. Select that icon and see if you can reduce the density. Not all items can have...

  • Re: Alphabets

Hello, The alphabet packs are compromised of individual design files. Each design file represents a character. You can either merge the design files together in software to create a name. • Alphabet Express Fonts and Cuffs

Does anyone have a suggestion as to which font that comes with Alphabet Express is best to use on shirt cuff monograms, which typically have to be reduced to 3/8" (or .375 inches)? Also, what is the best fill to use when reducing the font to .375"? I have a couple of cuffs I can use for a test...

  • Re: Alabama Machine Embroidery

Hello Rita and all of you other embroidery addicts! I live in Vinemont, AL which is just north of Cullman, and about 55 miles south of Huntsville. I have been a big embroidery fan most of my life, but as I have worked as a registered nurse for almost 30 years, did not have a lot of time to do the things...

  • Re: mini alphabet

I am not sure how mini you are looking for but there are some great font software programs out there such as Designer's Gallery LetterWorks that have uniform sized fonts as small as 4mm and 5mm. AnnTheGran's Alphabet Xpress has some fonts (Nathanial comes with it) that are as small as 6mm. There...
