Good question, Kathy. Generally speaking, you just need to be logged in to see the Comments field. Once you are logged in, you should be able to see a blank box at the end of Cathy's post that says 'Leave a Comment'. Just type your comment in there, and click on 'Add' and you'll see the comment appear.
