There should be a link in the e-mail that you received to the Ann's Club page at:
http://www.annthegran.com/AnnsClub.aspx
The page reviews the benefits that you get as an Ann's Club member, and at the bottom of the page, you should see a 'Buy Now' section that will allow you to add one of the different membership periods to your shopping cart. When you have chosen one, you just need to proceed to check out in the shopping cart and complete the purchasing process.
