Hello there i got up this morning ready to sew and turned on my machine and the screen was black and just beeps i took out the race and cleaned it and put it back together and then turned off the machine and tuned it back on and no luck .. does Has anyone else ever have this problem? I have the Innovis 4000D also and have not had this problem. Have you looked at your manual or called your local dealer? Do you have the embroidery unit attached? Maybe you should remove the embroidery unit and try turning it on and see if it responds. I'll look in my book to see if there are any suggestions. Good Luck
