I am a paid member and today attempted to download designs from new designs.  I received a message that design was an Unrecognized File format.  These were PES designs, which is what I wanted.  Is there a way I can get around this error or is this something that needs to be fixed on your end?

It may not be in the pes format.   Unzip the file and save in a folder on your hard drive.

Download Pulse Ambassador (free download located on the same screen as where you select the designs in DOWNLOAD DESIGNS) .

Open the file in question and then save in the pes format.
