I recently downloaded the free trial of Alphabet Xpress and am highly considering purchasing it. However, I have not been able to transfer anything to my Janome 9700. I have transferred many designs from my computer to my machine using the same ATA PC card and card reader. When I try to do this with Alpha Xpress, I get the following error message when I place the card in the machine: "ATA PC Card Memory Error: Do you want to delete the damaged data or unknown data?" Whether I choose Yes or Cancel, the file does not show up as an option on my screen. I am saving my text in .jef format. Any ideas as to why this is occurring? Thanks in advance.
