I have successfully downloaded designs using the Amazing Box II but when I try to load my card, the design exceeds the 100x100 space available. Is it possible to reduce the design to fit into my size hoop?
You can reduce the size if you have a program that will do this. However, you may end up with a design that is "bulletproof" - so dense the EM will be stitching on top of stitching.
I use Embird to reduce my designs to fit the Amazing box with good results. If you need help reducing the designs email me and I will see what I can do to help.
