Hi all, I am about to start using my machine which has customizer 10000. I am having trouble with the flash card(I can get the design onto the card but cannot get it from the card to the machine). I am very new at this can anyone help me. My dealer is no help at all.

Unfortunately, I am not familiar with the Janome Memory Craft 300e machine.  However, YouTube.com does have a segment of instructions on video for the newest Janome 350e.

Possibly some parts of this video will outline the item you are questioning.  Also, sure there are ladies on this forum who also have a Janome and could assist you.

I just gave away a janome 300E to my grand daughter. Do you have the card reader that came with the machine?? You must slide the card into the card reader, the put the reader device into the slot until it clicks. No  need to be rough with it either, it should easily slide into the machine. YOu then push the button on the machine that shows the card reader and your designs should show up, keep in mind this may take a few minutes for it to load the designs so be patient please
