I have been finding that some of the pages will refresh as soon as I "X" the extract box and I can continue with downloads.  Then there are other pages where you "X" out the download page, then have to click on "back" and wait for the page to reappear.  It is like using dial up internet when I am paying for high speed satellite internet. 

It would make sense to have all pages refresh when the "X" on the extract page is clicked, to facilitate faster downloads.  The longer a person has to sit on the site waiting, the longer others have to wait also.  I have contacted technical support on this and will add to this post whenever they contact me with an answer.

If anyone else has this problem, it would be interesting to hear about it.

Extract box (GO button?) Extract page (page where designs are located?)  X (enter key on computer?)

Sometimes the pages take more time to load.  Not sure it is this site.  I have the same issue at other sites.  I blame it on my security software.

Indeed there are many factors that make a page fast or slow, probably more than we will even know!

I do know that one factor is when a page has just a few links or a lot of links.  That will change your download time significantly.  Also, the size of the download is a big issue.
