I purchased the AlphabetXpress and CatalogXpress. However, it has not been possible to activate the user license on the CatalogXpress as of yet (purchased on 1/16/09 and it is now 1/20/09). I keep getting error codes for the Site Key and the Access codes. I have been given and tried different ones.
One of the people at ATG has been trying to help me. I do not have internet access on my computer in the Sewing room so I have been going back and forth but still no luck. I would appreciate hearing if anyone else has experienced this difficulty. Suggestions are welcomed.
