Welcome to AnnTheGran (ATG)! You will find many people willing to help with any issue, and Pattiann is really knowledgeable!!
When you unzip your file, make a note of the name of the design. When you get back to your 'desktop' Select the 'startup' button and choose 'search.' Then search for that name and you will find your designs.
You may want select any or all of your designs, 'right click' your mouse, select 'cut' and move to the folder where you want to keep your designs. At that time, 'select' paste and you will have them in your folder.
There are many different ways to get to those designs, and this is just one method. Embroidery is the same way, many different methods, and some will work for you better and quicker than others.
Hope that helps you,
Pat, The Avid Embroiderer
