How do we determine if a free design is one that is new or old? I have dl many of the previous designs months ago, and
do not remember if I saw it before or not. Is there a way to tell if a design is new? Also, is the little green dl button the
only free ones now, correct? I went to fairies and the first one said I could not dl it as I did not belong to the club. Do only the
club members get access to the new designs? Thanks.
