    Why does your company as "largest internet" embroidery group support Vista regular or 64? All new computers for over a year come with this but one can not use catalogs that you bought and depend on. Your ad says :

    Catalog Xpress is not supported for Windows® 3.1, 95, 98 or ME, and Macintosh operating systems.
    • Pentium II 400 MHz PC computer with a CD-ROM drive
    • Monitor with 640x480 video resolution with 16-bit color display (or higher)
    • 64 megabytes of RAM
    • Microsoft Windows®2000 or later with IE 5.0 or later
    • Minimum 100 megabytes hard disk space available
    • Mouse or other pointing device
    No where does it say No Vsta -looks loke only XP will work although Vista is later than 2000.One writes for help and is told flat out, we do not support Vsta and no hope given. You try to call and are told no one is in. Should we who have trusted you for years now be turned away as we bought a new computer? Where is customer support or are we to support only you? Upset in IllinoisTomvickiecm@gcacoop.com

    Hi,

    We appreciate your feedback.  To clarify, Catalog Xpress 2.5 is currently compatible with Windows Vista and Windows XP.  Catalog Xpress 2.5 is a free upgrade from CatXp 2.0, but not from CatXp 1.5. We apologize that the product's Vista compatibility was not made clear in the product description; it should have been. We have revised the information on the product page, as follows:
