i am trying to download my designs. have downloaded before with no problem. now when i download instead of saying hus after the name it now says pes. please help
If you are downloading from DOWNLOAD DESIGNS they will be .pes.
If you are downloading purchased designs from SHOP, there will be a choice. See Download Instructions on the screen where you selected the design you wish to purchase.
