I exaggerate with a brother innovis 900( pes & 10X10); i do not mange to send on teh machine certains free designs( SP ML 0028, Scater G pes for example).

Is it a question of size? if yes, is it possible of re-tosize the design?

To re-size you need to use a software program that will also change the number of stitches.  Catalog Express will do this.  You can also try Wilcom Trusizer.
