 Hi,

I was going to make an ornament with the snowflake design and used the badgemaster stabilizer  and when I went to rinse it in water it all fell apart and I did this twice. What am I doing wrong?

Jolene-This happened to me once, so I feel worthy of telling you that . . . Not all snowflake designs are free standling lace designs.

Badgemaster is, IMHO, the best on the market, but it cannot do what the design was not meant to do.  So, make sure the design says specifically FSL.  FSL requires a 'base' on which to create a design.  The base is a lot like a spider's web, it is the basis for the lace.

make sure the design is correct for that stabelizer!  the embroidery stitches MUST cross over each other to hold it together.  what does it look like.  check out the design.  i did a lot of snowflakes and they were all just fine after soaking em in water to remove the clear stableizer.  Check out the design......
