Dinie-I love to meet people from other countries.  My name is Pat and I live in San Diego, California, America.  We are having a lovely summer here and hope you are having the same.

If I understand you correctly, you want a wolf that is 30 mm by 30 mm or up to 60 mm by 60 mm.  The math (I believe) would be about 1.2" by 1.2" up to 2.4" by 2.4."  I am less able to understand mm and I have to do the conversion.

You may wish to search on Google for "embroidery design wolf" and you may find just what you need.

Best wishes to you and yours, Pat

    Hello Dinnie!

So glad you have joined us,but sorry to hear you are sick. Sad I would love it if you could post a picture of one of your Rainbow pillows for all of us to see. They sound wonderful and would make a great charity project for chemotherapy units,or elder homes. or anyone that needs one!

I also do cross stitching when my time allows, it is very good therapy to unwind in the evenings. I hope you feel well again soon, you take care so you can enjoy your holiday in September. Smile

    Hi Dinie,

I am so happy to see you back and Thank you for sharing the photo of your rainbow pillow! I can see why they make people feel better! It is lovely. The last time you asked what the difference was between cross stitch and embroidery, the best way I can explain it ,is that Cross stitch (while being a form of embroidery) and is consistent of little X's to make the pattern, while embroidery consists of different types of stitches( such as satin stitch combined with French knots, leaf stitch) and all sorts of other stitches to complete a pattern. Does this help explain it a little bit??

Unfortunately I haven't seen the pattern you are looking for with the paper boy or girl, but will keep looking for one for you,Thanks for stopping back again, and come in often to say hello,we love hearing from you.I hope you are feeling well these days and have had your holiday! I hope someone on the site can guide you in the right direction for the design you are looking for. You might try google on your computer to see what you come up with that way as well, just put in the google box "paperboy embroidery design" and see what happens, let us know if you find one!

    Take care,

    Hey Dinie and Judy!!!

ATG changed the category Media to GALLERIES.   Uploading the photo is easy Dinie.  If you have problems, just come back to the Forum and someone will help you.  I believe there is an instruction on the Forum already.

what a beautiful wolf pattern. I love it. Unfortunatley I cannot see the rainbow pattern. If it is anything like the wolf, (in beauty I mean) I bet it is beatiful also.

    Hi CME,

I was not sure what a rainbow pillow was either so is an earlier post I asked Dinie to explain it to me,and this is what she said," Rainbow pillow is for people who needs consolation." So it is not necessarily an embroidery of a rainbow, but is a gift for those who need to be consoled, such as the loss of a parent, friend or loved one. Or if someone is sick, or just needs something to hang onto. the concept as well as the gift is a wonderful and thoughtful idea.
