Hi,

I have down loaded Pulse Ambassador at one time, but no longer can remember my log in and pass word. How sould I get that information?

Pulse Ambassador has changed (original program did not require a log in or password).  They no longer support the home embroidery formats.

I called this to the attention of ATG administration last summer and they said they would look into getting another program.  They have not as far as I am aware.

I suggest you download and use Wilcom Truesizer.  It is a free conversion program.  http://wilcom-truesizer.en.softonic.com/
