Free Designs

Do I have to pay a fee in order to open the free designs. I've been a member for a long time. I was a member when I had my old computer and a different address as well and never had to pay for the free designs.........I'm on a small fixed income, but would be willing to pay, if it's not too much, after all, it does say free.

I just can't open them or download them any longer.

I have been downloading free designs for quite a few years, but haven't done recently. Now I am not able to see any designs, altho I have signed in over and over. What do I need to do to access your designs?

Just ordered and got the Biblical Inspiration cross stitch of Vermillion Stitchery, have received the designs but there are no color sheets. Question_where do I get the color sheet for these designs? Thank you

I can't sethe designs to select what I want to download as it asks for the name of the designer and I don't know. I preferred it when I could just see the desings and select what I wanted. I still use floppies with s Brother Machine Pes and have never had any trouble now If I want a dog or a cat I can't get to it. I can do catergory and then I am stuck.

I have a macbook pro with intel core duo. Mac OSX 10.4.11 the designs will not unzip. I need help with this.

Can't open the designs on my sewing machine

When I download the new free designs, I can open them on my computer and download them. However, when I try to use them on my sewing machine, my machine does not read the file. I am using the pes file format. The only problem I am having is with the new free designs. I have noticed that when I click on the designs several pop ups try to come up on my computer and I have to click another the option to click here to continue. I was wondering if these designs contain some type of virus.

Unzipping files in Vista

I have been able to download PES designs onto my computer, but cannot unzip them in Windows Vista. I have tried everything imaginable, but no luck so far. I have read where someone has used WinZip successfully and others who tried it and had no luck. Help !!

I am fairly new to this embroidery machine stuff. I have a Pfaff and I ordered software for my machine. My question is, and it's probably a stupid question, is, how do I go about putting this software on my machine? Please don't laugh, but I would really like to use the software. Unrecognized File Format-Another Message

I am a paid member and today attempted to download designs from new designs. I received a message that design was an Unrecognized File format. These were PES designs, which is what I wanted. Is there a way I can get around this error or is this something that needs to be fixed on your end?

Downloaded Design On Mac Computer

I purchased the Nursery Rhymes Design Pack in July and downloaded it on my Mac computer not realizing all embroidery designs are only compatible with Windows/PCs. I now have a laptop running Windows so I want to know if there is a way that I can download these again onto my laptop without having to purchase again?

Several years ago, I downloaded a design by Gwen Barney of Santa with Rudolf. I have since lost the design and need it very much for a child's outfit. I tried to re-download it today and it wouldn't let me because I am not a member of Ann's Club. I don't wish to become a member at this time. Is there any way I can obtain this one design. Size of designs

How do I know what size a design is before I download or purchase it? My Brother PE-150 will accept only 4"x4" hoops. Sometimes I download a free design and it is too large. I don't want to have to buy more software.
