We have had several back and forth e-mails with you regarding this issue and the other one involving another product. We just re-sent the last one that deals with this question, in case there was a problem getting it to you.
Even though we have been unable to reproduce the problem when we log in using your account, we have asked our developers to take a look to see if there is a bug somewhere that we can't see. Certainly, if anyone else reading this is having the same problem, we would like to know. It is very very rare for just one person to be finding a bug, if there is one, so it would help us diagnose it if we hear from others having similar problems so we can get more information.
The most important thing is that you are definitely getting your downloads at the higher speed. If you are seeing this message, it is not because you aren't a Club member, it's because something in our system is not recognizing that you are in the "fast lane". All the tests we did indicated that you are getting directed to the correct, faster gateway for Club members.
