I’m trying to activate my software license but get an error message that the serial number appears to be mis-typed.  How do I correct this?

The serial number you receive with your software needs to be entered exactly as it appears, including dashes and no extra spaces.  You can copy (‘Ctrl + C) and paste (Ctrl +V) the serial number into the license activation window to avoid typing mistakes.
