Error Message - "Security Driver Missing" in Alphabet Xpress

When I try to open Alphabet Xpress I get the error “Security driver missing”, how do I correct this?

1) Go to Start -> Control Panel -> Administrative Tools -> Services 2) Locate the service in the list, its called CrypKey License 3) Double click it and put Automatic for Startup Type

4) Press Start to start the service or simply reboot the computer and it will start on its own since its now set to automatic
