I purchased some designs and they came over as a word document. I can not open these and I have had someone send them again and they still come over as a word document. Before this they have come over as a zip file and I have unzipped them with no problems.

This is really unusual.  Did you ask support@annthegran.com  ?

Perhaps if you try again, and write down exactly what you did, as you go, there might be something that shows up in that procedure to indicate the problem.

Of course, there is always the issue that it was a 'hiccup' in the server, your computer or the 'nut on the handle' (LOL) and it will disappear as fast as it appeared.
