This message can occur if your system date or time is incorrect.  To check your system date and time try the following steps:

    1.  Double click the time displayed in the lower right corner of your system tray.

    2. In the Date/Time properties window confirm the everything is correct, update the Date/Time if settings are incorrect.

    3. Open the software again, if the same error message appears proceed to the next step.

    4.  Go to Start -> Control Panel -> Add/Remove Programs and locate the software5. Remove the software6. Reboot the computer

    7. Reinstall the software

If you are trying to open CatalogXP on new Windows Vista ,you will get this error message is mainly because CatalogXP current version does not support Vista. We are working on a new version to support this Windows and will be out soon.

If this does not resolve your issue, please feel free to send us an e-mail at support@annthegran.com. Our email support hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm Eastern Standard Time, and Saturdays 10am - 6pm.
