    On 6/23/08 I purchased 2 design from starburst designs

    One was red hat

    the second one was Bible verses

     

    I have never had this problem but I have a Brother INNOVIS 4000D and a BabyLock 6 needle embroidery machine.

    I have the program PE Desing 6.0

    I downloaded the designs in the PES format needed for both machines but I can not open them. Please help.

    I am not sure what is wrong.

    Gpope- Sorry to hear that you are having difficulties.  I am jealous of those terrific machines.  I do use PES format and, generally have had no problems.

    What is the extension of your files?  Do they end with '.pes' ?  Some places have the download in '.zip' format which has to be 'unzipped' to proceed.  If you tell me what the extension, possibly I or someone here at ATG can help you.
