Yesterday was my very first time ever downloading designs. I was able to download 2-3 free designs successfully, but several failed to download (4-5). Specifically, under the category of music (in free designs) I was unable to download the brightly colored musical notes and clef by Lady/ or the 2 musical notes and clef in black and white by Amanda Potgieter.
I doubled clicked each design and then pressed the download button on step 2.
I saw the question about this problem and you said sometimes that happens when the accelerator is on and to turn it off. other times apparently the design is no longer there. My problem is that I do not see anything that says accelerator and have no idea whether I used it (I think not because I did not try the faster way to download) or whether those designs are simply unavailable. Would you explain how I can know that?
