i must be really dense - i've just received a notice that my membership is nearly expired but i can't for the life of me find how to extend it, can any kind person please help?

If you can't figure it out, then we're the ones who are dense, as we obviously haven't explained it properly. You can just go to our main Ann's Club page at:

http://www.annthegran.com/AnnsClub.aspx

Go to the bottom of the page and click on the "Buy Now" button that corresponds to how long you want to extend for.
