Ok, can someone who has Catalog Express tell me if your card read, write function is working? Mine was but now is not.When i click on the card function button the only thing you can do is refresh it now,before i was able to write to the sd card.ATG Support.......Help! Pat said she is having same problem that she cannot get it to write to the sd card. Is there something we have to do to get this to work?

I'm getting the refresh reading on my catalog xp as well thought it was because I had to down load another copy of it to my new computer. I don't seem to be up and running it like my old one. all help welcome

Well Looks like we all have a common problem with it. I bet support isn't working until Tuesday because of the holiday weekend. I guess I will use my Janome software to load the card until we can find out why we are having this problem. Bummmer ! I know it was working on mine when I first installed it as it was one of the features I checked out before I purchased it..........Hmmmmmmmmmmmmm. It sure has me baffled.
