Ann The Gran Community

I have recently purchased several of Ann's alphabets.  For some reason when I open them in my Bernina software I cannot alter the size.  Why is this? Can someone help?  I purchased them for monogram purposes and need to be able to alter the size.  Thanks,

Please give us some more information about this problem;what is the name of Alphabet you have problem with?did you try the sample files before purchase ? if yes ,did the sample file worked the same way?what happens when you resize the file?how much do you resize them? Please try to resize the alphabets in CatalogXP and see if you get the same result.You can find CatXP under Necessities--Software--Annthegran.It is free for 30 days.We would like to get all those information and find a solution even though we do not have the same software Bernina as you have.So please write to support@annthegran.com will all your responses.
