Are you referring to the designs in DOWNOLAD DESIGNS?

    They are PES.

If you read the second page in DD you will find a link to Pulse Ambassador, which is a free conversion software program.  This will allow conversion from PES to many other EM formats.

I hope you have better luck with that link than I did.  It just sent me to another site that I couldn't even understand and no where in it did it tell me how to convert to ART format.  Maybe I was looking for something a little simpler to understand, but honestly I couldn't find anything referring to conversion formats.  Maybe someone can help me understand this better.

Occasionally a site will change its location and the link becomes "broken."  That was the case here.

Try this new link and be sure to select the blue icon that says "set up" which is in the middle area of the screen.

Thanks for letting me know that my link was obsolete.  I don't check them very often because of time limitations.

You can convert by using Pulse Ambassador.  If you purchased the designs, check your account or contact customer service.

I have requested ATG support contact you.

If I understand, you purchased a design and downloaded it in .pes, but you need .art.

We do not include our email addresses in an open forum as it tends to promote spam.

The operating system for your PC (windows) already has this function.  Click on the file that you want unzipped and select extract all.

Win Zip is a free download if you would rather use it.

I also have A janome 350 E and have had difficulties changing the pes format into jef.  Have you been able to do this ? I would prefer to use free downloaded software and have not been able to understand the process Ann offers, I have downloased Pulse and Acrobat - and would be most grateful for some help.    Stephanie 110

On the instruction page/screen of Download Designs, click on the highlighted words to open their program.

Your PC's operating system probably already has an unzip feature.  It may be open, open all, extract or extract all.

Mouse over the file/design you have downloaded and a window will open with several options.
