I have this software and it works very well. You need to have a very nice clear graphic for it to work the best. I did not want to get into the digitalizing end of embroidery, but had a design or two that I would like to have digitalized so I thought I would give it a shot. It worked like a dream. I had to do a little tweaking from the original, but have patience and navigate through the help menu. It is very handy to have the Buzz-Edit and Buzz-Sizing Software also. It gives you a trial download for the Buzz- Edit, which sold me to purchase it.

Grammy12 - I contacted Buzz2Stitches and asked for a 'trial' software package.  They don't make it for that.  The Sizing ad Edit software sound really good as well.

It seems like a clean graphic makes sense because the computer can only do what it is told/given.  That is the reason that a portrait does not make a good candidate for digitizing.  I had some digitizing done on my grandson's photo and it was almost strange as digitized.

I have been wanting to try it and the price is very good.  Some of those software deals are as much as $1,500.  Ick....

Gotta tell Santa I need this software - - -

    Pat,

I know your grandson is much cuter than that.....

I just had my first design custom done, by someone else. I tried my Buzz2Stitches, but I didn't have a good enough graphic for it to turn out good. I was very pleased with the results. Jeanie was quick on the design and had great communication. On her website she has an example of a digitalized sew out of her grand daughter and it came out lovely. I am thinking of taking pictures of my grand children and giving it a try. The poor little ones, Grammy will be flashing away to get the perfect shot... Here is the site.

WOW!  That is so beautiful.  When a digitizer has talent, it really shows through their work.

Thank you for the URL, so many sites, so little time.

    Hi pat71896,

I wish the same - Santa please get me one of those, this Christmas.

Searching the net you find inexpensive and good digitizers, I once tried this service:

    $2.5 per 1000 stitches

Then there is one that charges just USD5 per design (http://www.theembroiderydesigns.info), imagine you get 300 designs for the price of that digitizing software and you don't even get your hands dirty!

    Big Smile

I order and paid for this product.  When I received it, the dongle would not work.  I tried to get customer support with no luck.  I shipped the software back and I am still waiting for a refund.  They really do not have any customer service so I would not recommend purchasing this product.

I agree, I know your grandson is cuter than that. I didgitezed my great neice as a brith announcement and it turned out wonderful. I have to find my sample stitchout and take a picture to post.

I used the PEDesign software. it took me a while to do, but I like to challange myself.
